At Cosette di Ames, we want you to be completely enamored with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal confirmation and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
